Robert Lewandowski (born 21 August 1988) is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a striker for La Liga club Barcelona and captains the Poland national team. Regarded as one of the best strikers of all time, as well as one of the most successful players in Bundesliga and Bayern Munich history, he is one of the most prolific goalscorers in football history. Lewandowski started his professional career with Lech PoznaĆ, helping them win the Ekstraklasa in 2010. That same year, he moved to Borussia Dortmund, where he won the Bundesliga title twice and helped the club reach the 2013 UEFA Champions League final. In 2014, he joined Bayern Munich on a free transfer and won eight consecutive Bundesliga titles. With Barcelona, he won La Liga in 2023. He has scored over 650 senior career goals for club and country.
